Secure retail investment available in Limerick

The completed early 2000s development, done by a local business partnership that included Pat Whelan and Pat Chesser, with strong anchors such as Woodies DIY, a cinema and Smyths Toys and with just two vacant units, is guided at €15 million by Lisney in Dublin and Cork, who are selling for receiver and manager Kieran Wallace of KPMG. If fully occupied, the 115,000 sq ft centre would draw in €1.63 million in rents per year, according to Lisney.
It’s described as “a substantial, purpose-built retail warehouse development in a prominent position just north of Limerick city centre,” and is near to the Jetland Shopping Centre which is anchored by Dunnes Stores, with a McDonalds and Lidl nearby.
