Trading up: Douglas, Cork €330,000

Reports this week noted that Cork house prices have risen 38% since 2013, and the 2016 asking price now for this doer-upper at Lissadell, Browningstown at €330,000 via agent James Crowley shows just how the pick up has gone.

Back in 2012, five Browningstown homes sold for prices between €210,000 and €289,000. Buyers who moved in 2015 by contrast paid prices of €327,000, €330,000, €340,0000 and €382,000 for semi-ds in the same network of parks, in varying conditions of decor and repair.
