Paul O’Connor of Sherry FitzGerald says interest has been good mainly because the cottage is well located within easy reach of Douglas village.

The options would include putting in more kitchen units and making it homely and cosy, or using the large site for an extension. Mr O’Connor says it’s being viewed by first time buyers as well as some investors and buyers who want to downsize.
