Just popping up as a sales teaser prior to Christmas (if you’ve been good all year, and want to add an item or two to your Santa wish-list), but not launching until March 2016, are three brand new 2,500 sq ft Rochestown homes by Belmont and Garryduff with agents DNG Creedon.

The princely trio are called Williams Court, and neighbour the development Jamesmont in Upper Belmont, and that’s where the detached No 6 Jamesmont had a sale recorded in 2015 at €640,000.

The biggest local sale of the year, at Eyrecourt, Garryduff, very close to Williams Court, isn’t yet up on the Price Register, but the largest house in this niche Howard Holdings’-developed cluster, and on a double site, is understood to have made c €1.25m via Sherry FitzGerald.
