Houses are priced from €40,000 individually, or in one case four one-bed Cobh apartments for €40,000 for four, all-in, or six two-beds for offers over €180,000 in Castlemartyr, in the forthcoming DNG Cork auction November 10. 

The agency is to sell 44 units, in 25 lots under the auction hammer, with a combined value of just over €2.1 million and it comes after a very successful first DNG group auction in September For the nosy, it’s going to be streamed live on the ‘net, but you can only look, you can’t bid on-line.
