A Cork bar and one-time coach house, with 130 years of hospitality history, is up for sale, with a food focus most likely in new ownership.
Room at the Inn for an entrepreneur

Having been rented out for the past several years by its owner Gary O’Donovan, who heads up the 16-shop strong O’Donovans off-licence chain based in Cork, The Rochestown Inn goes on the open market this week, with joint agents Cohalan Downing, and Morrissey’s in Dublin. Its guide price is €575,000.

The Rochestown Inn is in a prominent, outer suburban position at a road junction on the Cork/Douglas road to Passage West/Monkstown, at the foot of Monastery Hill.
