Wide interest in three of Cork’s Georgian beauties

New to market this month are nos 31, 32 and 33 South Terrace. No 31 previously accommodated Mel College/CLC, a private grind and languages school, one of several private/pre- and post-Leaving Cert schools on the street at one stage.

Ending this architecturally original block of six over-basement buildings on South Terrace, the buildings no 31-33 are being sold via agents Powell Property. No 33 is privately owned, and 31/32 were owned by developer Joe O’Donovan (who ran Mel College), and are now being sold for a receiver.
