Thatās according to Michael Barry of Property Partners Dick Barry who says although the detached period property needs major renovation, it comes with a site of 1.9 acres he estimates could be worth in the region of ā¬120,000.
The size of the site opens up a number of possibilities for potential buyers.

They could divide it up and sell the plots or build on them or alternatively, they could renovate the house and use the land for ponies.
The vendor previously planned to build four bungalows on the site but the planning permission has now lapsed.
Mr Barry says for anyone planning to develop the site, itās an advantage that the property has both mains water and sewage.
āItās in a good location just half a mile from town on the Ballyduff Road,ā he adds.
The substantial four bed house is thought to be at least 100 years old. Currently unoccupied, it needs major work but, for someone willing to spend the time and money, it has good potential.

āIt has well proportioned rooms with high ceilings, as well as an original staircase and a functioning Aga in the kitchen,ā says Mr Barry who estimates that the property has in the region of 2,500 sq ft of living space.
Accommodation at ground level includes three large reception rooms, a kitchen and a WC and upstairs there are four large bedrooms and a bathroom.
Behind the house is a lofted stone stable building which needs repair but could be converted.
Originally on the market earlier this year with a guide of ā¬250,000, Weston has now been reduced for the second time.
Mr Barry says it is being looked at by both developers interested in the site and by buyers interested in renovating it as a family home.
Could prove a rewarding project for someone willing to give it the love and attention it needs.
