Riverside properties don’t come much more idyllic or much closer to the water than Nore Cottage near Inistioge in South Kilkenny.

She says the attraction for overseas buyers include the idyllic riverside location and the fact that it’s just five miles from Inistioge village, six from New Ross and around 20 from the cities of Waterford and Kilkenny Probably built over 80 years ago, Nore Cottage was renovated by current owners when they bought it.

They put on a kitchen extension, decorated, put in flooring and two stoves and gas heating. However the property has single glazed windows, an F Energy rating and is now in need of modernization.
