It’s priced at €675,000-plus, with Rob Coughlan and Brian Olden, of Cohalan Downing: the sitehad been offered in 2009, with DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, at €7m, and has been leased for motor-related uses in recent years, after O’Hea’s move to Little Island in 2009.

The Oliver family-owned motors company, which was founded in 1924, ceased to trade in 2011, with the loss of 16 jobs. Its East Gate/Little Island purpose-built showrooms, on two acres, were sold last year to a private investor for sub-€1.5m, for receivers Farrell Grant Sparks.
