Hot auction action in Dublin and Cork

A HEATWAVE was promised for this week - but, as much heat will be generated by a flurry of auction action. 

Among those bringing multiple lots and multi-let residential investments to auction in July are Allsop, in Dublin, along with IAMSold/Munster Property Auction, and DNG Creedon, in Cork.

First up is the July 9 IAM Sold sale of 11 houses at An Graig, Inch, Co Kerry, for bids above €450,000, in partnership with Fitzgerald & Associates, Dingle. Also on offer are individual holiday homes in Ballybunion, Kerry, at €100/150,000, in partnership with Horgan Properties Listowel, and a five-bed home, with stables, on two acres at Woodstown, Waterford, for €299,950, in partnership with Property Partners Barry Herterich.
