Trading up: Waterfall, Cork €525,000

While the market awaits the imminent relaunch of a handful of high-end homes at the Earls Well, Waterfall development, a former showhouse in the developers’ Fleming Construction’s original and adjacent Heatherfield scheme is on offer.

Agent Michael O’Donovan of Savills seeks offers around €525,000 for No 1 Heatherfield, on a corner site in the development 10 mins drive west of Cork city’s western suburbs.

The last two previous recorded sales here were No 12 in 2014, for €500,000, and in 2013 No 36 made €530,000, according to the price register.
