However, the sale of 77 Primrose Hill hit a hitch - as do about 20 per cent of ‘sales agreed’. As a result, and only as its underbidders who were then bidding so keenly have made other purchase commitments, this extended detached four-bed home comes back to the open market, guided once more at €239,5000 by Blarney estate agent Humphrey Hogan.
