In the last few weeks, planners granted permission for minor alteration and pedestrian links, clearing the way for construction on the 300,000 sq ft development to commence. Having completed two major office developments already in Mahon, JCD are now building offices in Cork City centre, at One Albert Quay, with BAM Construction.
