Kerry seaside holiday home scheme guiding at €1.2m

A Kerry seaside holiday home scheme with 11, large well-built homes with stone facades is for sale for a receiver, guiding €1.2 million, while local reports also suggest the imminent sale of a local hotel or two, to US-based buyers.

The Cloisters development of 13 houses in Waterville is within a short walk of the village and ocean; now eleven of those 13 houses are offered for receiver Michael O’Regan, of PWC via Killarney-based agent Tom Spillane.

He say they are probably the largest, and among the best, development holiday homes in the area. They include six completed 2,200 sq ft semis and five 2,500 sq ft detacheds, four of which need some completion works.
