Ballincollig, Cork €380k/€450,000

It’s open viewing time this month out in Ballincollig, Cork, with agent Norma Healy, who had lots through the doors of No 12 Chestnut Crescent in the Ovens Classes Lake development on Saturday.

And, now she’s about to reprise the open viewings again today at a different, smaller and cheaper detached Ballincollig trading up option, No 7 Glincool.

At €380,000, No 7 Glincool has a similar rooms tally as its larger Chestnut Crescent counterpart, with open viewings today, from noon to 12.30pm.

VERDICT: The price difference should mean different sets of viewers for these two.
