OST recently a vintage clothing shop, No 1 Woodside, in Cork’s Glanmire village, used to be a private home and could be again, depending on the buyer and a job of conversion.

Called Vintage, it’s an end-of-terrace house converted for retail use by the current owners ten years ago. They bought it, extended it at the rear, and upgraded it, putting in PVC double-glazed windows, a new roof and drylining.
