An ideal trader upper

IT’S expected that Coulea House in Cork’s Glounthaune will whet the appetite of some of the trader uppers, who have begun to reappear in some strength after several years of hibernation.
A four-bed detached house with 3,000 sq ft of space east of the city, Coulea was built in 2006, at a time when trader uppers were everywhere, spend standards and levels of specification were high and the demand for spacious, well-finished detached homes on large sites was strong.
