Second chance to swoop for fine Heron’s Wood residence

No 14 Beech Grove at Herons Wood in Carrigaline is making its second appearance on the market this year, coming back on with a guide price that’s €45,000 higher than what it made in the summer.

It’s on the Price Register for June at €175,000, but the buyers’ plans have changed and it now has an asking price of €220,000. Fiona Waldron of Jeremy Murphy auctioneers says the higher asking price is a sign of the increased level of demand. “ Other properties in this area are selling at this price. We sold a similar house around the corner for a similar price in recent months.’’
