TWO sites aimed at builders at East Cork’s Bailick Road come to market this month, one with agents Lisney, the other with DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

One, just shy of an acre, has planning for seven, two-storey houses and is priced at €190,000 by Trish Stokes, of Lisney, and the other, whose planning for 44 apartments has lapsed, has attractive water-frontage.

This latter site, at Bailick Road, Midleton, in Cork harbour, adjoins several finished, comparable schemes built a decade or more ago, and has a €175,000 price, via DTZ.
