Burrow down at Maryborough

It’s getting harder to get good, clean and well-located three-beds under the €200k mark, so there’s going to be bidding interest in 74 Maryborough Court, priced at €185,000.

Agent Paul O’Shea of Sherry FitzGerald last month sought that €185k sum for a two-bed at Ardkeale, Rochestown but it’s nearly gone after just a few weeks, so he’s steering buyers toward this older, and slightly larger, three-bed No 74, reached via the Lissadell estate on Maryborough Hill.

VERDICT: This price level is moving fast.
