Carrying a €170,000 price tag with Niamh Moloney of Sherry FitzGerald is the mid-terraced 760 sq ft two-bed No 123 Coopers Grange: almost two years ago, an end of terrace just two doors away here made €197,500.

Coopers Grange is on the former barracks site in Ballincollig, where a giant new Tesco is set to join the town’s retail fray. Ms Moloney says No 123 has charm and character, a good level of finish, and rear gardens.
