Refurbished Seanachai back on the market
The long-established Seanachai in the busy tourist spot sold a year or so ago for under €500,000, with a local buyer David Warren with building background taking on the trade, and the refurbishment and technology upgrades.
He’s decided the business isn’t for him, and is set to sell again, via Cearbhall Behan of Behan Irwin Gosling who seeks offers about €625,000 for the very well-known town centre premises, with dual frontage to Market Street and Market Quay.
