Trading Up: Ballycotton, Cork €385,000

Might it be second time lucky for estate agency firm Global Properties in East Cork - gratis of the Irish Examiner? Sale hopes are high in the case of the detached bungalow at the Welsh-sounding spot of Llennoco, with sea views at Garryvoe Lower.
