Plenty of potential in Kerry property

The level of interest for this farm at Leaha, Cordal, Castleisland, has been huge, says Joanne Fleming of Kerry-based, Fleming Auctioneers.

“The demand is unbelievable, there’s an offer already on lot 1 and I’m expecting an offer later this week or next week on lot 2,” she says.

She’s selling the 113-acre residential farm in three lots or in the entire and while the farm is mixed quality, it also has very good ground, she says.
