Site priced at €350,000 has planning for nine houses

A site with planning permission for nine detached houses, with existing houses developed by Fleming Construction, is being sold for €350,000, or under €40k a stand.

Five completed houses at the Ard Aoibhinn scheme sold earlier this year at prices from c €275,000 to €350,000, virtually half of the initial prices sought for 1,500 to 1,800 sq ft homes.

The 3.2 acre site, the balance of the scheme set to have 52 homes in all, has planning for nine detached 1,830 sq ft houses, to run until 2019, and there may be further development potential. A number of the nine are part-built, and partly serviced.
