Coast is clear to buy Clare hotel or Burren lodge

Two Co Clare tourism ventures come to market this week, one a 22-bed hotel in Liscannor, the other a walking lodge in Ballyvaughan, the Burren — due for auction.

Priced at €550,000 via Ciara McCarthy, of DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, in Limerick City, is the small, three-star Cliffs of Moher Hotel, with bar and restaurant.

Built in 2006, the Cliffs of Moher is being offered for receiver Michael O’Regan, of PriceWaterhouseCooper.
