Sale agreed on site of former Crow’s Nest bar in Cork suburbs

Just gone ‘sale agreed’ with DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is the site of the former Crow’s Nest bar in Cork’s western suburbs, at Victoria Cross, near UCC, County Hall, and the Kingsley Hotel.

The latter hotel is currently undergoing a costly refit by its new owners, the Kang family, owners also of the Fota Resort.

The former Crow’s Nest bar one-acre site at Victoria Cross and the Carrigrohane Straight Road, was assembled by the John Fleming Group over a number of years and was offered via Eoin Ryan of DTZ for receiver George Maloney of Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon, with a €1m guide.
