Former €1m bar Mick Finn’s now selling for €295,000

Mick Finn’s bar, in a prominent, corner position in the West Cork town, was sold by the Finn family, who had long associations with it, about 12 years ago, and its buyers rebuilt the premises and sold it in the mid-2000s for over €1m.
It has been leased out recently, is trading well and can be bought with vacant possession, says estate agent, Ray O’Neill, of Sherry FitzGerald, who says it will suit for continuing bar use, or as a restaurant.
“Mick Finn’s is a historical and renowned licensed premises, a landmark in the town and has been restored and renovated into a modern, traditional-style premises with three bars on two floors, with a fully approved commercial kitchen,” says Mr O’Neill, quoting a €295,000 asking price.
