Mixed-use portfolio across three counties has large rent roll

A mixed-use commercial property portfolio in Cork, Limerick and Carlow, with a rent roll of €337,000, is for sale with agents DTZ for €2m.

The investment promises an initial return of 16%, and could be higher if several vacant units are leased. There’s a mix of property types, including nine shops, seven industrial units, and four commercial units, and a site with planning for a drive-thru.

The Cork element comprises seven shops at the Hazelwood Shopping Centre, in Glanmire, and brings in €94,405 pa. Tenants include a café, a Chinese restaurant, pizza outlet, and a butcher’s. Two are vacant. Also in the Cork mix are five industrial units at Mayfield Business Park, which earn €29,327 pa.
