Oh, we do like to be beside the seaside. Down West Cork, coastal properties seem set to fare well, judging by the high bidding action happening at the moment.
A cottage at Dunworley, (mentioned on these pages lately) which started at €140,000 now looks like it could make closer to €220,000 in bids.
