€2 million hotel tag

The Westlodge Hotel in Bantry, Co Cork which has been in operation for over 40 years, is for sale for €2 million.

The long-established West Cork hotel, the Westlodge next to Bantry House and the harbour town, is for sale for €2 million, via agents DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

Family-owned for decades, it was invested in around the mid 2000s with upgraded conference and function facilities. Needing more modernising now and updating of bedrooms, it is on 25 acres of land, with harbour vistas.
