Office site with planning grant going for €25m

A Dublin office site with a 2013 planning grant for 1660,000 sq ft of Grade A offices is for sale for €25 million, having previously sold for €160m to Bernard McNamara.

The site, with the former Allianz 75,000 sq ft office block and 75 parking spaces, is being offered by private treaty via Wesley Rothwell and Aidan Moran of CBRE, for Paul McCann, Grant Thornton, Receiver of Glasbay Limited (in receivership).

“It’s the most exciting office development opportunity to reach the market in recent years,” he says.
