Portfolio with income potential

A mixed commercial and business property portfolio with an annual income of €650,000 is being offered to Irish and overseas investors, carrying a €6.5 million price guide.

Advertised last week by agents DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, there’s an air of media mystique being kept by the agents, who’ve declined to publicly identify the assets and original investor. The sale is on the instructions of Nama, and the main income earners are not being publicised, to protect tenants’ interests.

The sale, as an entire or in lots, comprises 15 lots/assets, ranging from a Cork medical/pharma facility; an education facility; a range of industrial investments; warehouse/showrooms and development land and farmland primarily in East Cork; and land at Cahirciveen, Kerry.
