Successful city auction nets €1.7m in 30 minutes

A total of €1.7 million was transacted in just 30 minutes this week at the latest Resolve auction.

Auctioneer Denis Barrett, who conducted the multi-property sale on behalf of a number of Cork city and county auctioneers, said he was very pleased with this round of results:

“It went very well. There were around 150 people in the room and all the agents were delighted.”
