There’s a new sales spiel about to applied to hundreds of Irish coastal properties as they come to market: it’s going to boast “set along Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.” Call it the WAW! factor (see special extensive feature in Irish Examiner Weekend magazine today for more).

Now, the sales pitch for 41 Barleycove Beach Villas can add it’s in one of the best locations along the 2,500km long WAW: it overlooks Barleycove’s Blue Flag Beach, and has beauty spots like Three Castles Head and the Mizen Head on its doorstep.

Barleycove’s a perennial family-favourite destination, and a real draw is that No 41’s part of a complex with bar and food services, she adds.

Living space is very open plan, with high-end finishes (perhaps unfairly, it gets a lowly BER rating through its electric heating), and even from inside, it’s all about the views.
