Six-house site in Mallow with planning for €150,000

Already well over its guide price is a development site for six houses in Ballyellis, Mallow.

The land, next to Mallow Golf Club and the College Wood residential development, is crescent-shaped, extends to 1.46 acres and has planning until 2017 for six detached houses, of 2,175 to 2,500 sq ft.

It is being sold for receiver George Moloney, of Baker Tilly Ryan Glennon, via Ian Lyons, of Savills, and it had a price of €150,000 when put to market several weeks ago. But it has just reached €200,000, it is understood.
