A Golden opportunity

A strong local trade, in the heartland of Munster’s Golden Vale, underpins the good trading figures at the Charleville Park Hotel — just released to market.

The purpose-built 91-bed hotel on the Limerick-Cork border dates just to 2008, and replaced a long-established, mere 20-bed single storey hotel, the Deerpark, which sold back in 2003 for €1.6m to a Limerick buyer.

Now, the fully-completed hotel with 25m swimming pool, 1,300-member leisure club and conference centre/ function room for 800 persons is being sold via agents Savills, guiding €3.75 million.
