The Greens on Cork’s Rossa Avenue used to be a semi-detached bungalow; but, its other half was knocked, and then replaced with a new detached dwelling, with a shielding party wall erected along the old houses’ divide.
And, now, this remaining half comes for sale with an attractive €185,000 asking price via Johnny O’Flynn of Sherry FitzGerald, but he say it’s most likely to be knocked as well, and replaced with a second detached home, subject to planning.
