That’s the battle facing new owners of the period Montenotte Cork City period property called Trafalgar House.

The 1820s-built house has been a corporate home in recent years to financial services group Merrion Capital, headquartered in Dublin and who’ve relocated their Cork offices to Tellenganna Lodge on the suburban Blackrock Road.
