Trading up: A taste of Tuscany

The Carrigaline property market stopped its price falls in March of last year, stagnated for most of the rest of 2012, and has been picking up pace and price since then, asserts local agent Roy Dennehy as he prices the large, trading-up buy called Tuscany Lodge at €490,000.
Overall, quality homes in the Carrigaline area are up 12% to 15% from slump, and he says this 3,000 sq ft home on a two-third acre great garden site on the Ballea Road is stunning, and a superb buying opportunity at this level.
