Tempting Greenhills

LAST visited back six years ago, the large-ish Douglas four-bed semi Greenhills held considerable promise — and it sold extremely well, making €250,000 over its then €850,000 asking price.
But, that was mid-2007, back at the market’s very peak, just before the Irish property market, and world economic markets and trust in banks all fell asunder, so little wonder that not much cash got lavished on Greenhills after its sizeable €1.1 m sale.
