City semi a real location winner

Houses around Cork City’s Hartlands Road can be bought by a range of buyers, from traders up and down, to traders in, and investors too have had their way, given its proximity to UCC, but the asking price on the road’s old-style semi called St Bernard has it on the radar of first-time buyers now too.

City semi a real location winner

The four-bed semi, with front garden, west-facing back garden, and garage, has a €170,000 asking price with agent Jeremy Murphy, but he cautions that it does need a bit of upgrading.

Dating to the early/mid-1900s, it has two ground floor reception rooms with metal fireplaces, a kitchen/dining room with old oak units and lino floring, and window to the back and side.
