Price drops in Cork

There have been significant price reductions on two Cork properties, one a substantial commercial unit/warehouse, the other on a Patrick Street shop unit for rent.

Price drops in Cork

Down now to €22 per square foot, or €225,000, is a modern 10,300 sq ft warehouse with office/admin areas, at the Tramore Road, just off the South Ring Road by Togher Garda station, and also close to Irish International Trading Corporation. &

Joint agents Lisney and Cohalan Downing say it is suitable for wholesale, showroom, distribution or light industrial uses.

They have now reduced the price to €225,000, from €350,000.

Meanwhile, also down in price is the rent sought for 66 Patrick Street, a few doors away from troubled retailer HMV.

Previously occupied by Game, the premises had been very successfully used as a pop-up shop prior to Christmas, say agents Cohalan Downing.

Rent sought for the dual-frontage 1,700 sq ft retail premises (it also opens to Paul Street), is now down to €120,000, from an earlier €220,000 sum sought.
