Fast sale predicted for neat three-bed

Echoing a familiar auctioneering refrain, that there is a shortage of good house stock to sell and strong viewings of well-placed properties, auctioneer Jeremy Murphy is predicting a quick sale of No 15, Springbrook. The three-bed semi, in a niche setting in Donnybrook, is immaculate, with a feel-good factor, and viewings so far bear that out, he says.
Pricing the family home, in a scheme of 30 houses, at €215,000, Mr Murphy says it’s a pleasure to show, and a clincher is its private back garden, simply but neatly done, with patio and low brick walls separating it from the slightly raised lawns and central path, with mature trees spilling over the back boundary wall for a living cloak of greenery.
Inside, the front reception room is 14’ by 11’, with fireplace. The smaller dining room is separate, behind, with an wide arch linking it to the 17’ deep kitchen, with Shaker-style units in maple.
No 15 has a guest WC, main family bathroom, and the main bedroom has a shower-room en-suite.
VERDICT: No 15 seems to be doing a good job of selling itself. It shouldn’t be around too long, given its impact on viewers, says Mr Murphy.
