EIGHT years ago when these Fleming Construction houses in Cork’s Heatherfield were launched so many people turned up that there was a queue for the showhouse, and the scheme sold strongly ever after, with the latter houses all making over €1m a pop.

Now, in different times, the latest resale is offered at €600,000 for No 31, and on last weekend over two dozen callers came to open viewings with agent Barry Nagle of Global Properties.

They advertised open viewings at three of their Waterfall/Ballinhassig properties in these pages, were very busy and will repeat this afternoon, 2 to 3pm in the case of this upmarket Heatherfield home.

VERDICT: A quality trading up home in a country village setting five miles from Bishopstown, with lots of neighbouring children for smallies to engage with.
