YOU can almost hear the thunk of leather on ash at this address — it’s directly across the road from Blackrock Hurling and Football Club.

Almost — because this delightful semi, Summerfield, is tucked away at the far end of Willbowbank, right up to the old estate walls. This house is a gem and subtly differs from its neighbours: there’s the green door for starters, along with the bottle green windows and inside, the interior is impressive.
