Beach life beckons

SET just 100 yards from Owenahincha’s beaches in west Cork is the Sandycove Beach Villas scheme, built primarily for holiday home use, just across the road from a shingle beach with coveted Blue Flag status.

Now, though, with No 15 up for sale, auctioneer Martin Kelleher feels the next owner could well be a full-time resident, who’ll relish the sea views from the first floor balcony of this tidy three-bed just 100 metres from the beach.
