TWO of the 52 houses built in the Fleming Construction Innishannon, Cork scheme Ard Aoibhinnn are to be auctioned Thursday next in the Dublin Allsop/Space sale of distressed assets.

Offered via Fleming’s receivers, Nos 22 and 19 are three-bed semis with declared ‘maximum reserves’ of €132,500. Similar homes here were seeking mid to high €300,000s on launch, and current market offerings are in the mid€200,000s range.

VERDICT: Expect competitive bidding to go above the reserves.
