THIS rangy, dormer house at Croughevoe, Mitchelstown is a dream property — so much so that the self-builders here added everything from their wish list.

And that includes plenty of living space, loads of bedrooms, a games room, an outdoor pavilion with water feature and raised beds and a separate detached garage which functions as a home/business site.
